Shipping Costs

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders (no minimum purchase).

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Delays

    If your order is affected by a delay, we will notify you via email.

Failed Delivery & Address Issues

Incorrect Address or Missing Recipient:

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, it will be returned to us

  • We will either:

    • Issue a full refund (including shipping costs)

    • Reship to the correct address (if provided)

Carrier-Related Failed Delivery:

  • If the carrier fails to deliver (e.g., lost or returned due to carrier error), we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • Lost: Not delivered within 15 business days of the estimated date? Contact us at contact@bengny.com for replacement/refund.

Damaged Packages:

  • Report damaged items within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of both:

    • The damaged item

    • The original packaging

  • Email evidence to contact@bengny.com for resolution

Wrong Address After Shipping

  • If notified before shipping, we can update the address

  • If the order has already shipped, address changes are impossible

  • For returned packages due to wrong addresses, we will:

    • Reship to the correct address (customer provides correct address)

    • Or issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item
