Return Policy

Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 30 days of delivery with photos.

  • We cover return shipping and replace/refund immediately.


Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled (including customized items).

Approved Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

  • Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account (varies by bank).

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery (we cover return shipping).
